Lil Dragons (Ages 5 – 7 years)
These Lil Dragons foundation classes are for Kids Ages 5-7 Years Old, and open to all belt ranks. The lessons are designed to help kids focus and develop discipline and respect, utilizing the martial arts and self defense as a way for them to feel empowered and have fun in the process. Martial arts training is a great way for them to engage with other kids their age and develop coordination, strength, and attention. Students begin by training the basics of boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. They have been streamlined to be age-appropriate.
Jr Dragons: Beginners (Ages 8-13 years)
Specially designed for older children and young teens, our kids martial arts classes will teach them how to develop confidence, focus, and discipline. Our programs have helped children with ADD and ADHD, as well as providing them a great way to stay active and get in shape. For self defense, they will learn practical ways to defend against bullies both at school and on the playground.

Jr Dragons: Intermediate – Advanced (Ages 8 -13 years)
The Jr Dragons: Intermediate and advanced classes further develop discipline, respect and strategies for success. Techniques will include all previous striking methods, as well as joint locking, control tactics, grappling and jiujitsu techniques to develop both the physical and mental abilities for both self defense and competition. These classes will challenge and develop their athletic abilities including hand-eye coordination, balance, flexibility, speed, power, agility, stamina, endurance, and reaction time. As this class has a heavy emphasis on MMA and grappling, each class will cover the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Nihon Ryu Jujitsu, and our MMA wrestling blend.Techniques from Green Belt through Blue Belt will be covered in the intermediate class. To attend, the child must be at least 8 years old and have received their Green Belt.
In the Self Defense class, you will begin by learning the basics of JKD, including Jun Fan Gung Fu, Wing Chun, Filipino Martial Arts, and more. Each class you will train with a partner using various drills to develop your ability to strike, cover, evade and defend yourself. You will learn how to escape safely if an attack happens in close range with elbows and knees, how to deal with common weapons (such as a stick, bat, knife, or gun). You will also learn how to stop yourself from getting tackled and going to the ground.
Our JKD Kickboxing classes will teach you the art of striking and movement, plus develop your strength, stamina, and endurance. You don’t have to compete to attend, but the material will teach students the necessary techniques to compete in combat sports. Students learn attacks and defense from various striking ranges in a safe and controlled manner. Each class includes various drills, techniques, sparring, and physical exercise. *Protective gear recommended
Filipino Martial Arts (FMA)
Our Filipino Martial Arts class incorporates the defense and use of common weapons such as the short stick and knife. The most popular forms of Filipino Martial Arts are known as Arnis/Eskrima/Kali, which are perpetuated by Guro Dan Inosanto and his students. We teach was is generally known as Inosanto/LaCoste Kali or JKD/Kali Blend.
Open Mat / Open Spar
This open mat time will be available for students looking to drill padwork, bagwork, grappling, sparring, trapping or any other type of practice. During this time, students also have the opportunity to work on specifics at their own pace, outside of structured class time. This open practice time will require you to coordinate with your training partners and come to practice with training goals in mind. *Full protective gear required to spar or roll with other students.
